I am an avid cheesesteak person and 29th street pizza, subs, & more has EASILY the best cheesesteak sub since I visited Philadelphia and had the original cheesesteak there. Highly recommend. Great owners. You will not be disappointed

We recently had a birthday/going away party for my son who will soon be departing for basic training in the Army. Steve and his crew created a delicious spread of Italian, Roast Beef, and Turkey subs with all the fixings on the side. We had 30 guests, and they all loved the sandwiches. They were loaded with meat, and each sandwich was cut into sections, then individually wrapped. Absolutely delicious and awesome price. Our son said it was the best birthday meal he ever had. Thank You!

We eat lunch here as much as possible, the food is amazing and made fresh every day. Just to give you an idea a 14 inch sub is packed with so much goodies that it can easily feed two grown adults...

Terrible place refuse to deliver to us. We wanted 3 steak sandwiches and four pizzas plus appetizers. I'm sure well over 70 dollar order. The guy was polite enough to ask his driver while on the phone with my wife allowing her to hear him blatantly turn down buisness. Also hearing him tell the guy it was up to him he only had 4 rolls left anyway. Well sorry sir but you just lost our business for good. Extremely unprofessional and by the way your driver screwed himself out of a nice tip we appreciate the service and pay proper gratuity twenty percent. But this place doesn't deserve your patronage or your hard earn money they don't care about there proffesionalism or they're customers obviously. I've noticed my family our not the only ones to experience these issues. It's sad we really enjoyed the food but this experience has been enough it turned us away for good.

Most amazing steak subs. Pizza was very good too. Price was affordable. I will go back next time in Altoona. Every two weeks

Did business with them for years, ate subs there all the time, their subs have gotten smaller the owner has gotten rude, their lack of black olives and other toppings as well as their terrible pizza gets them an even lower score.. Watched them sell cigarettes to someone with an access card the other day no cash exchanged cant deliver food half way through ordering because they're too busy. 1 star.

This is the place to go for the old Altoona Hotel pizza. It may be better than the original. The place is nothing fancy but everyone is really friendly.

One of the best mom an pop shops in town. They have alil of everything an everything is amazing never had a bad experience. The owners an the employees will make you feel right at home. So stop on in an get your grub on.

Love the pizza. It's so delicious. Especially the mushroom and pepperoni. It's cooked perfectly and the cheese.doesnt slide off when you take a bite.

It was my fist time ordering here today. I don’t know why we waited so long. The food was amazing. From the BBQ and mild wings cooked just right. Two of my daughters loved them. They said they were the best they had in a long time. The french fries were still hot & not soggy, cooked just right we all enjoyed them, my other daughter enjoyed her cheeseburger sub( she is super picky and hard to please) and the other subs were super good also. The delivery time was great also! Finally a place we all agree on. We definitely will be ordering here again.

they dont give as much meat as before. got some mushroom and onion in my food when I asked for it plain. was not a good visit at all. very disappointed!

The owner is a very nice guy, the portions are huge, and the prices are low! I enjoy getting a quick lunch here. My belly gets full and my wallet stays pretty full as well.

Good food, but the hours are weird. Don't place an order for anything hot unless it's an hour before they close, or you can't get anything other than cold sub.
